In the year 2000 the company Albert Building Cleaning was founded.
This company became Albert Building Management GmbH in 2002 with a steadily increasing number of motivated employees and regular expansion of the range of services.

On January 1st, 2014, Andreas Voß joined the company as managing director and took over the management of the operational area within the company.
On December 10, 2014, Mirko Haas took over the management of the commercial area as the new managing director.
On January 1st, 2016, the two managing directors Andreas Voß and Mirko Haas each took over 25% of the company shares. From this point on, both of them manage the fortunes of the company together as managing partners.
In 2019, Mirko Haas took over another 50% of the company shares and thus increased his stake in the company to 75%.
